End-to-end refactor of the official Casa San Telmo website (vacation rentals in Buenos Aires, 20+ years online, originally developed by us between 2005-2011).
Full backend migration from PHP 5.6 → PHP 8.4 (~3,200 fixes across 180+ files), modernization of the internal admin panel, booking system and guest management. New responsive design, Google Maps → Leaflet/OpenStreetMap migration, PHPMailer 5→6 with centralized templates, dompdf and iCal sync with Airbnb/Booking.
Security hardening: bcrypt, CSRF, XSS sanitization, strict sessions, security headers. Admin panel performance: 26 s → 3.7 s. Site in 5 languages (ES/EN/PT/DE/FR).
